REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your registration the following refund schedule will apply:

Cancellation BEFORE August 1st, 2025: 100% refund

Cancellation August 1st through August 7th: 50% refund

Cancellation AFTER August 7th: No refund

EXCEPTIONS:

In the case that any attendee has COVID symptoms or exposure before the event, they will be offered a full refund (minus PayPal fees) or full credit with their cancellation. Please email us at info@uptownswing.net to request a refund or credit. If we do not receive an email before the day of the event and you do not show up, a refund or credit will not be provided. Our goal is your safety and we want everyone to feel encouraged to make the right health choice without any financial concern about refunds.
